Everything was explained to me in a way that I understood completely. Very courteous, friendly, made me feel like they were prepared. They had my imaging all there and had already reviewed it. I had it at a craniotomy back in 2021 and they had reviewed imaging that I had done and they were prepared for my appointment. So overall, I was very, I can't think of the word. It was a good appointment.
